@GertrudeCarmelite: The pictures you will use in a collage doesn't always need to be your own work (but it is recommended), but the images you will be using should be published under a free license. See Commons:Licensing. It should be licensed under any Creative Commons licenses, in any version, but not CC-BY-ND, CC-BY-NC, CC-BY-NC-SA, and CC-BY-NC-ND, as they are not free licenses. Free Art License, and GNU Free Documentation License are also allowed. Well, you haven't provided me yet the link of the images you used for your collage. Where do they come from? Pumunta ka sa Commons:Licensing. Kailangan naka-lisensya ito sa ilalim ng kahit anong lisensiyang Creative Commons, sa kahit anong bersiyon, ngunit hindi puwede ang CC-BY-ND (Creative Commons Attribution NoDerivs), CC-BY-NC (Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial), CC-BY-NC-SA (Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial Share-Alike), at CC-BY-NC-ND (Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial NoDerivs), dahil hindi ito mga libreng lisensiya. Ang Free Art License, at GNU Free Documentation License ay puwede rin. Hmm, hindi mo pa ako binibigyan ng mga link ng mga imahe na ginamit mo para sa iyong collage. Saan sila nangaling. Mmm, pwede pa po bang masalba ang mga ginawa kong collage kase sa google ko lang kase kinuha yung mga pictures then di ko naman alam kung anong temple ng licensing ang dapat gamitin para dito. Enedit ko lang ito sa Pizap para may image yung siyudad kase may crappy photos daw ang mga nakikita nila sa Davao City article tsaka dapat ipapakita sa article o sa picture yung mga touritst spots so ayun, ginawan ko nalang para may ma contribute naman kahit papaano. The question is ano dapat ang gamiting licensing since hindi saken yung mga pictures pero pwede rin pong self capture photos nalang po ang gagamitin ko at i-uupload. LR and the Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower is rather a 'freebie' question at a LR request, it's a chance for the person to show off their level of understanding, in the context of something where the precedent is very well established. There is no 'Freedom of Panorama' in France, and so photos of architectural works are normally not allowable. The Eiffel Tower is 'usually' an exception to that, in that it is old enough to have entered the public domain, but there is a well known court case that is relevant. The tower is often illuminated at night with 'dynamic' light displays, and it has been found in a French court that such displays are copyrightable. There is actually a specific category for Eiffel Tower-related DRs. You are correct that the particular image is ok, but you are expected to be able to explain 'why'.
