These two files are not identical so {{Duplicate}} and {{Delete}} is not the way to go. You should ask for a merger of files to the Administrators with File:Claudette 2021 track.png as the final name and File:03L 2021 track.png left as a redirection. Please don't blank pages[edit]

Hi HurricaneEdgar,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed you blanked Category:Hurricane Grace (2021) on Commons. If you meant for the page to be deleted, blanking the page is not the right way to do this. A simple real-world comparison to illustrate: You removed the entire text of a page from a thick folder, but the then empty, useless page itself remained in the folder.

Please use {{speedy| type reason here }} and add it on top of the page you would like to have deleted; This way it will be placed on a special list that administrators check regularly for deletion. Without this it might take a long time before it's noticed.

Extratropical cyclone personal named[edit]

Those files, I uploaded from my sister's research papers and those files are on her private zalo. My sister Anna Shuza is a meteorologist, but she is interested in studying extratropical cyclones, and gave it 119 names (extratropical cyclones in the southeast pacific) and has a reputation as for tropical cyclones, as long as they have winds of more than 30 knots. We don't want to tell this list of names to the world, just personal research. I'm a chemist, but my sister is a meteorologist. My sister only did it as her personal research, never sent out any warning messages. List: Ann, Magico, Azaras, Malkin, Maragae,... but my sister only does research and publishes to a few friends she knows on Zalo. However, I understand, maybe you are a meteorologist and see what you upload about tropical cyclones.

How to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category[edit]

When you want to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category, best practice is to mark it with {{SD|C2}} if it would be OK to re-create it in the future, given that appropriate content becomes available or {{SD|C1}} if it is an inappropriate category name that should not be reused. In particular, this is better practice than just blanking the category page, as you did at Category:Tropical Low 11U (2024). ("C1" and "C2" come from Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion).
