File:Alignment example DSC9921 (B) During aligning process.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Two Passiflora caerulea flowers arranged as a parallel stereo image pair (left - right)[edit]

--C.Suthorn (talk) 17:11, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • @C.Suthorn: In allen Punkten richtig erkannt!
--C.Suthorn (talk) 17:56, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Dann musste man 1-2 Minuten abwarten. Habe an diesem Tag sogar ein Stereo Focus Stack draußen aufgenommen. Also 2 mal 13 Bilder.

Datei umbenennen?[edit]

About this photo

Beste Grüße, --Aristeas (talk) 13:03, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Franz van Duns (talk) 14:03, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Herzliche Grüße, --Aristeas (talk) 14:47, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Franz van Duns, I just made a few changes to your entry in Commons:Quality_images_candidates/candidate_list#June_5,_2020, see [1]. If this should not work, then my next idea would be adding a properly signed comment or another support vote (which I would provide) and wait for another three days. Even before that this issue might be a topic for Commons talk:Quality images candidates --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 10:12, 18 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Robert Flogaus-Faust: Thanks again for your supportive initiative, Robert. This seems to be the solution, by User:S.Hinakawa: "Ah, I see - the QICvote extension wasn't working when I reviewed this. I promoted manually but forgot to use the "Support" template. Apologies!". Now it's just a few days' wait till promotion should proceed.

Herzliche Grüße, --Aristeas (talk) 11:22, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Aristeas: Hi Aristeas!
--A.Savin 20:13, 15 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Template:R*e Hi Alexander!

Freude an hochauflösenden Bildern[edit]

@Franz van Duns: Thank you! I use PTGui but I need several hours to eliminate stitching errors. That's why you don't see any stitching error in the picture. I don't think there is a software that stitches completely free of errors. Maybe you could also like the following pictures, which have an even higher sharpness: 612 megapixels & 348 megapixels ;-) Regards -- Wolf im Wald 19:25, 25 July 2022 (UTC)

  • @Der Wolf im Wald: And now for something completely different .. I'll proceed in German:

Reply: Thanx for your kind review! The red category was a last-minute mistake I hadn't checked; now OK. All sensor spots had long been removed; the 3 remaining "spots" are a single shortlegged bug that wandered over the white background whilst I took the focus stacking images at 5 sec. intervals. I rather liked the idea of NOT removing it, seeing it tongue-in-cheek as an artefact of nature prevailing over this jumble of technical stuff. Maybe I should explicitly point that out in the description ..DONE. Is this agreeable to you? @Snehrashmi: First attempt at establishing contact. Haven't attempted this before, thus not sure whether this will work. Please send a short reply.
As to providing you with my final version and a description of how I prepared the alterations to your image: I cannot simply upload the altered file with a new file name as the enhanced version would be attributed to me, not to you!
- I thus suggest that you upload a copy of your image with an addition to the file name such as Carved_Mesh_of_Sidi_Saiyyed_Mosque_Ahmedabad_Gujarat_DSC001--enhanced.jpg or just --version2 or the like.
- I would then upload the altered file as a new version of this copy of your image and add a concise description of all enhancements.
- You could then provide a link from the original file to the newly created one within the leading template "Information" as "|other versions=".
- OK with you?
