1 Bamboo and Red white dragon

Thanks for uploading the svg files. Can you make a Glover type 1 Bamboo? This will help show what the tile looked like before it became a bird. Also the red white dragon is usually not painted or engraved. It has a small rhinestone embedded into the tile.--Countakeshi (talk) 08:55, 26 October 2019 (UTC)

Flower tile colors

Thanks for adding the Four Arts and Four Professions. The colors of the numbers and characters are usually in green and brown to avoid confusing them with the other quartets. There is no strict rule, some sets have quartets that are entirely green or brown while others mix green and brown (green numbers and brown characters or vice versa). 皇 and 后 tiles in Vietnamese mahjong

I am curious why you consider these tiles to be jokers. They are alternatives to the Four Arts and Four Professions but function as the same. I've never heard of them being used as wild cards.--Countakeshi (talk) 05:33, 17 November 2019 (UTC)

That can't be a good source. How would they work? If they are the same as the 縂 joker then they would be redundant. It contradicts Nguyen Xuan Mai's 1950 book Le mah-jong: guide complet. Nguyen's rules are almost the same as today's except the flower joker was originally worth 1 faan (番), now it is worth 2 faan.--Countakeshi (talk) 11:50, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
