Description
English: From 7 to 9 November 2023, Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of a stronger Europe in the World, travelled to Japan. During this official visit, the Vice-President of the European Commission participated in the second G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting under the Japanese Presidency of 2023 who took place in Hiroshima, Japan. This meeting reconfirmed the partnership with G7 members and strengthened relations between the European Union and Japan. This video shows extracts of the bilateral meeting between Josep Borrell Fontelles and Mélanie Joly, Canadian Minister for Foreign Affairs.
