Description
Deutsch: Um in Zukunft besser greifen und gehen zu können, benötigen humanoide Roboter vor allem eines: kleine, kompakte und leichte Antriebstechnologien. Dr. Artem Kargov und Dr. Stefan Schulz vom Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) lassen sich dafür von der Natur inspirieren. Vor allem quasi-hydraulische Spinnenbeine haben es den Wissenschaftlern angetan.


Dieser Beitrag ist eine Produktion von InsideScience. Das DFG-Projekt erkundet am KIT neue Formen der Wissenschaftskommunikation im Web 2.0. Mit Filmen zur Arbeit der Sonderforschungsbereiche „Theoretische Teilchenphysik" und „Humanoide Roboter" will InsideScience den Dialog zwischen Öffentlichkeit und Wissenschaft ermöglichen.
