New accurate map in SVG of the visa policy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo

States of Somalia

Example of a map for the "State of Somaliland" (from the administrative point of view of the Somali authorities), which is not sufficiently country-centric..

Hello, I don't know if I'm on the right page, but I'm putting it here in doubt. Is it possible to create maps in the "SVG locator maps (location map scheme)" format for the States of Somalia? From what I see, this is one of the rare administrative subdivisions that does not yet have a map in this format.
