Weak oppose I like his much better than the other nominee further up. It is not dumbed down as much and the presenter looks more comfortable in his role. But it has one big issue: it is not immediately apparent from the beginning that some of the advice given in this video does apply outside of the US/Americas. "911", for example, is not really a thing in Africa/Asia/Australia/Europe. Advice and regulations about under what circumstances to wear a mask varies greatly.
