 Oppose for two reasons:

  • Rail bridges is not clear, it could be rotating or moving bridges on a rail, so railway bridge or train bridges is more clear
  • When there is an agreement, all the categories per country below have to be moved equally --Foroa (talk) 10:34, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
advantage of rail over railway: it includes tram and metro etc., which are - depending on national legislation - not considered railways in some countries
disadvantage of rail against railway: in general language railway bridge is better understood than rail bridge
"train bridge" is a rather slangy term, like "car bridge", both being means of tranpsort but not transport systems. Gürbetaler (talk) 20:25, 14 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
As the tunnels do well as Category:Rail tunnels, why should the bridges be different?Gürbetaler (talk) 19:53, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose, "railway bridge" is more clear and common term than "rail bridge". "Rail tunnels" should be renamed to "railway tunnels" too. --ŠJů (talk) 20:51, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
