W. & D. Downey was a photographs studio (1860s-1940s), established around 1855 by William Downey ((July 14, 1829 – July 7, 1915[1]) and his brothers Daniel Downey (1831 – July 15, 1881[2]) and James Downey (1868 – 1950[3]). It opened a studio in London, England, in 1863, at 5 Eton Street. A few examples of their work are here. See also Downey, William & Daniel studio.

Note: photoLondon list two other sons, Arthur James Hope (1877 - 1943) and William Edward (1855 - November 30, 1908). The brother was John Downey (1823 – 1906).
