This tool leverages on youtube-dl, adding:

• license retrieving from Vimeo and YouTube;
• conversion to Ogg Theora using ffmpeg2theora;
• metadata formatting to Wikimedia Commons standards;
• upload to Wikimedia Commons using Pywikipedia/upload.py.

TODO: Now that we support WebM, use WebM instead of Theora − either through conversion with ffmpeg magic (>_<) or downloading directly a WebM version (eg for YouTube)
