English: The Indian Ocean Rim Association, commonly referred to as IORA, is a geo-political and economic organization of 20 countries located in Indian Ocean Rim, which was formed on March 31, 1995 by Australia, Bangladesh, Comoros, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mozambique, Oman, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
