Description
English: Heliocentric radial velocity V_r versus the cosine of the solar apex distance θ for Local Group galaxies. Red line represents relation for stationary objects and the Sun moving 306 km/s towards its apex. Grey dotted lines represent velocity dispersion of 61 km/s. Blue squares are Antlia-Sextans group galaxies, which are slightly redshifted relative to galaxies of Local Group.
Русский: Диаграмма гелиоцентрической лучевой скорости V_r и косинуса угла от апекса Солнца θ для галактик Местной группы. Красная линия соответствует зависимости, ожидаемой для неподвижных объектов и Солнца, движущегося со скоростью 306 км/с в сторону апекса. Серые пунктирные линии показывают дисперсию скоростей в 61 км/с. Синими квадратами отмечены галактики группы Насоса — Секстанта, лучевая скорость которых заметно выше, чем у галактик Местной группы с тем же значением cos θ
