| Description |
(1 in a multiple picture album) Some of my best pictures come from pleasant surprises. I was sitting on the deck of our room near Mesa Verde Lodge in the national park. I was sipping coffee when I heard a noise below. I looked down and this little doe was out for an early breakfast. The just rising sun was shining on her and the wild flowers. I grabbed my camera and caught a moment when it seems she quit grazing and smell the flowers. This sort of picture is seldom well composed nor focused because one takes them in a rush before the critter spots you and runs away. But they are still wonderful moments captured. |
