English: Ever wonder how much power it takes to operate the James Webb Space Telescope? “... about a kilowatt of power total... which is equivalent to roughly 10 light bulbs,” says Keith Parrish, Observatory/Commissioning Manager.
These images are from May 2020, when we tested the deployment of our solar array (which provides solar power to the observatory) at @NorthropGrumman.
