Description

Sadly, I couldn't get a version of this clear enough to read, but it's basically saying that the ALMA site is, among other things, a protected nature reserve…

(I'm told the Vicuña en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicuña make over the pass from time to time, but I'm not sure why. There's nothing here.)

((Yes, I've seen Vicuña, but not when in a position to photograph them. They're gorgeous, and so warm-looking. I want to shave them all.))
