In case the doorsare revolved rapidly instead of spinning, as in doors, not properly equipped, the doors stopin one revolution. In purchasing revolving doors it is very essential to have Governing Devices in-cluded in the full equipment of the doors and wherever used they give entire satisfacti-n—see illustration for a general idea. ^here Governors are required for doors that are already installed, the cost of ad-justment to revolving doors varies according to the style of the o^■erhead trolley carriage. This Moccr Control Device is made up as shown in the cut, and the mechanicalparts and speed are so arranged to be run with special motors with a speed or abouttwo hundred revolutions per minute, being furnished for 110, 11 5 or 220 volts, diretftcurrent. For alternating currents we have extra special mechanical attachments.Tlie motor is so arranged that the wings may be constantly rotated, or so that a doorattendant may start the wings rotating by pushing a button when it is desired to havethe wings revolve in order that people may pass through the vestibule. This device, above illustrated and described, is especially adapted for doorsinstalled in hotels and department stores.
