Description

Location: Louisiana

Description: An oil spill removal organization (OSRO) prepares to deploy a large oleophilic disc skimmer inside a spill boom containment system as part of their spill response operating team (SROT) exercise and training requirements. BSEE Preparedness Analysts from the Oil Spill Preparedness Division regularly observe these activities to ensure compliance with regulations and to monitor the overall vigor of the oil spill preparedness and response community.
