  • Dansk: Ifølge N.L. Høyen (Skrifter, 1876) har Jens Juel malet himlen i maleriet. I så fald har maleriet været under udførelse i flere år, eftersom Juel døde i 1802, og maleriet angiveligt blev fuldført to år senere.
