Description
English: Microphotographs of Galdieria phlegrea (strain DB01) in bright field (A) and fluorescence (B). Nuclei in the panel B are in blue (stained by DAPI) and chloroplasts are in red (autofluorescence). The chloroplasts of large mother dividing cells are not visible. The bar is 10 μm.
