English: Surface brightness profile of M 31 galaxy along its major axis in B magnitude. Observational data shown by dots, bulge-disc decomposition provided. Disc shown by blue dashed line, bulge shown by red dash-dotted line, model (solid line) is a sum of bulge and disc component.
Русский: Профиль поверхностной яркости галактики M 31 вдоль её большой оси в полосе B. Наблюдательные данные отмечены точками, также проведена декомпозиция на диск и балдж: вклад диска отмечен синей пунктирной линией, вклад балджа — красной пунктирной линией с точками. Модель галактики представляет собой сумму балджа и диска и показана сплошной линией.
