Español: OCULTACIÓN de REGULUS por la LUNA. El 14.01.2017 desde las 23:53 hora local argentina (-3 hs. GMT) hasta la 01:18 hs. (del 15.01.2017) la Luna ocultará la estrella Regulus o Alfa Leo, su nombre proviene del latín cuya traducción literal es un diminutivo de Rex, el rey, es decir “el príncipe o reyezuelo”. Tal ocultación se la podrá observar minutos antes y después de la misma con un pequeño telescopio refractor o reflector (imagen invertida) o bien con unos buenos binoculares desde 50x60. Infografía para observadores ubicados en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y latitudes próximas: Primer contacto con el limbo medio superior Este de la Luna: 23:53:02 hs. (Limbo brillante). Estará detrás del astro selenita aproximadamente 1 hora 25 minutos 25 segundos. Magnitud aparente de Regulus: +1,35 |
