Description
Català: Laura Canet Lozano va ser alumna de fotografia d'Ismael Latorre Mendoza. L'any 1951 Laura i Ismael es casen. D'aquesta relació sentimental entre els dos fotògrafs sorgeix el gran arxiu.

De l'obra fotogràfica de Laura Canet Lozano queden a l'arxiu fotografies i negatius d'estudi de persones de diferents pobles de La Ribera Alta, fotografies fetes al terrat del carrer Sant Antoni, en el pati i a l'estudi del carrer Major (Alginet), on teníem la botiga de fotografia, a Hort de Bonet i a l'Albufera de València; i pel·lícules en format Súper 8. Treballà la imatge des de la dècada dels 50 fins a la dècada dels 80. També a l'arxiu queden fotografies d'excursions i viatges de Laura, de la Península Ibèrica i d'alguns països europeus. La fotògrafa d'Alginet va treballar la imatge des de la dècada dels 50 fins a la dècada dels 80, i va revelar al laboratori la seua obra més de trenta anys.

Laura va nàixer el 23 de juliol de 1925 a Alginet, sent filla de Mariano i Laura. I va morir a Alginet, al carrer Major 1, on estava antigament la botiga de fotos, el 19-03-2006, a les 17:00h, el dia de La Cremà
