Считается условно съедобным грибом в молодом виде.Гриб известен как источник нескольких антибиотиков, активных в отношении устойчивых форм стафилококков. Экземпляр с пня дуба черешчатого (Quercus robur) в дубраве в окрестностях Харькова, Украина. English: Chicken-of-the-woods (Laetiporus sulphureus) - annual fungus, which grows on trunks and stumps of various tree species. It is considered a conditionally edible fungus in its young form. The fungus is known as the source of several antibiotics active against resistant forms of staphylococci. |
