English: An unfinished pavement construction project adjoining a stream in Ferndale, California, part of the Rose Avenue Pedestrian Improvement Project to increase handicapped access, begun in May, 2014. The initialization of this project is shown in File:GravelByStream.jpg from 2 June 2014 and a view from the immediate west is File:Flooded Handicapped Curb.jpg
