English: Giant Void is an extremely large region of space with an underdensity of galaxies 1,500 million ly away in the constellation Canes Venatici - The second-largest confirmed void to date (1,100 million ly diameter) - It doesn't correspond to any cooling to the Cosmic Microwave Background although the smaller Eridanus Supervoid does correspond to the WMAP cold spot -
