  • 11 December 1943 (original)
  • 14 November 2006 (restored version on DVD)
Source Screencapped of the video ripped from the Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume 4, Disc 2 - A Dash of Tashlin (DVD, 2006)

Note
InfoField
  • Jayvee Enaguas (HarvettFox96) reviewed the copyright for the animated short film on September 3, 2021, which includes most materials and elements and excludes Daffy Duck and Porky Pig.
    • A copyright notice is present that reads "Copyright MCMXLIII by The Vitaphone Corp." on the opening card sequence. The result found no entry of it on the initial registration list between 1943 and 1944 and the renewal registration list between 1970 (1, 2) and 1971 (1, 2) on the copyright catalogues.
    • It entered the public domain in 1972 after Warner Bros. (formerly known as Warner Bros.-Seven Arts from 1967 until 1969, the latter of which acquired Sunset Productions/Guild Films library for pre-1943 black-and-white titles) didn't renew the original copyright Vitaphone within the required 28-year period.
  • The animated short film is widely available in both physical and digital formats.
