Francisca fue duquesa consorte de Alba como esposa de Jacobo Luis Fitz-James Stuart Ventimiglia Álvarez de Toledo Beaumont y Navarra, VIII. Duque de Berwick, VIII. Earl de Tinmouth, VIII. Barón Bosworth, VIII. Duque de Liria y Xérica, XV. Duque de Alba de Tormes (1821 -1881).
