Deutsch: Luftaufnahme der Gemeinde Eppenhain im Taunus, die Blickrichtung ist südöstlich. Links im Bild das 1911/12 errichtete Landhaus der Familie des Zachary Hochschild (geboren am 16. Mai 1854 in Biblis, Provinz Starkenburg, Großherzogtum Hessen; gestorben am 6. November 1912 in München, Königreich Bayern). Leider hat der Fotograf den dazugehörigen Gutshof nicht mit erfasst, der weiter links (nordwestlich) des Landhauses liegt. – Druck auf der zu adressierenden Seite der Ansichtspostkarte: „Eppenhain i. Taunus, Höhenluftkurort. Nestartig wohlgeborgen und geschützt zwischen den drei Bergfreunden des Hochtaunus: Rossert, Atzelsberg (sic!) und Hainkopf, nach Süden und Südwesten offen liegt das kleine Dörfchen Eppenhain, umrahmt von schönen Laub- und Nadelholzwäldern, eines der schönsten Fleckchen des Taunus. Villenvorort von Frankfurt am Main, Baugelände für Landhäuser vorhanden.
