Description
English: Agency Building 3 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York, completed in 1973, exemplifies International Style architecture. The building serves as a government office and is a component of the Empire State Plaza, which is a notable example of Modern architecture, also incorporating Brutalist elements in other structures within the complex. This building is part of a masterplan initiated in the late 1950s under the supervision of architect Wallace Harrison of the firm Harrison & Abramovitz.
