Català: El Castell de Guardiola és un element inclòs a l'inventari del patrimoni cultural inmaterial del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventari realitzat per Institut del Patrimoni Cultural Inmaterial (IPACIM).


El Castell de Guardiola, declarat bé cultural d'interès nacional en 1949, és d'estil romànic i donanom a la població. Està situat estratègicament en el cim i vessants del turó que hi ha al costat detra muntana de l'aigua barreig de la riera de Saldes o d'Eina amb el riu Llobregat.

El castell conserva notables restes de murs, dels quals destaca el mur de la torre de guaita o guardiola -terme que fa referència a un lloc de vigilància, segons el lèxic d'origen germànic en elllatí medieval de Catalunya-, que va ser possiblement l'embrió del Castell. També es conserven les restes d'un recinte fortificat que incloïa nou focs en els segles XIII i XIV, segons fontsdocumentals, i una altra muralla possiblement posterior, amb dues torres circulars.


English: El Castell de Guardiola is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, an inventory carried out by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute (IPACIM).


Guardiola Castle, declared good cultural of national interest in 1949, is of Romanesque style and named after the town. It is strategically located on the top and slopes of the hill that is next to the detra montana of the mixed water of the Saldes or Eina stream with the river Llobregat.

The castle preserves remarkable remains of walls, of which the wall of the watch tower or guardiola stands out - a term that refers to a place of surveillance, according to the lexicon of Germanic origin in the medieval Latin of Catalonia - which was possibly the 'embryo of the Castle. There are also the remains of a fortified enclosure that included nine fires in the 13th and 14th centuries, according to documentary sources, and another possibly later wall, with two circular towers.

El Castillo de Guardiola, declarado bien cultural de interés nacional en 1949, es de estilo románico y donanom a la población. Está situado estratégicamente en la cima y laderas de la colina que hay al lado detra montana del agua mezcla de la riera de Saldes o de Eina con el río Llobregat.

El castillo conserva notables restos de muros, de los que destaca el muro de la torre de vigía o hucha -término que hace referencia a un lugar de vigilancia, según el léxico de origen germánico en el latín medieval de Cataluña-, que fue posiblemente l embrión del Castillo. También se conservan los restos de un recinto fortificado que incluía nueve fuegos en los siglos XIII y XIV, según fuentes documentales, y otra muralla posiblemente posterior, con dos torres circulares.
