Description
English:
One storey local grade building. Former post office (1850s till 1868). Eisinger Henrik's groundfloor house,-built to József Lackenbacher,- remodelled to one storey bióuilding by architect Mór Geiszl after 1885 before 1892. Facade plaque (inst. 2004) about building: ~"Hild House, a building of local importance. A merchant's house built in the second half of the 19th century housed the 'first Nagykanizsa funeral company' founded in 1882 by stonemason Ferenc Hild and his son. In addition to their shop, the Farmers' Insurance Cooperative also operated here from the 1920s. In memory of István Hild, the citizens of the city established a charitable funeral society in 1926. // The memorial plaque was erected in 2004: Fehér Rózsa Funeral Bt. Nagykanizsa" - 3 Deák Square, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Egyememeletes, két erkélyes, épület 2020-asévekben Egry József Galéria. 1850-es évektől 1868-ig itt volt a város postája. A korábbi földszintes ház emeletesre alakításának tervét 1885-ben készíttette el Eisinger Henrik akkori tulajdonos Geiszl Mórral. 1892-re a földszintes ház már biztosan a mai állapotába kerül. Hild Ferenc (1852 v. 1853 - 1928) - Emléktáblájának felirata: "Hild-ház, helyi jelentőségű épület. 19. század második felében épült kereskedőház, amely helyet adott Hild Ferenc kőfaragó és fia által 1882-ben alapított 'első nagykanizsai temetkezési vállalat'-nak. Üzletük mellett 1920-as évektől itt müködött a Gazdák Biztosító Szövetkezete is. Hild István emlékére a város polgárai 1926-ban jótékony célú temetkezési egyletet hozták létre. // Az emléktáblát álllíttatta a 2004. esztendőben: Fehér Rózsa Temetkezési Bt.
