Wohl nach der Vorlage von James Gillrays "Designe for the Naval Pillar" entstandenes Blatt, das ein drastisches Bild des Schreckens nach Napoleons erfolgreicher Rückkehr aus der Verbannung auf der Insel Elba malt. Auf der obersten Plattform der Triumphsäule peitscht Napoleon eine halbnackte "Marianne" aus, die an einen Galgen gefesselt ist.
