Description

Photo of comet C/2004 Q2 (Machholz) taken in Gaisberg, Salzburg (Austria). You can also see the faint tail of the comet directing to the left (a little bit upwards). The photo was taken using the following equipement:

  • telescope: 250/1200mm Newton
  • camera: Canon EOS 300D
  • exposure: 2 x 180 sec. / ISO 800
