Natural logarithm of global fossil fuel CO2 emissions with actual values on right axis.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Growth of the natural logarithm of world fossil fuel CO2 emissions with gigatons CO2 per year on right. Although such emissions have been increasing since 1850 at an overall rate of about 3% per year, periods of distinctly different growth (broken at 1913, 1945, and 1973) are evident.
