English: CAROLUS LINNAEUS e Lapponia Redux Aetat. 30 anno 1737 (Written on the drum he is holding). Lifesize portrait of Linnaeus in laplander costume painted at the Hartecamp, home of George Clifford, where he stayed for 2 years: 1 x 2 meters tall. He is holding the plant that Jan Frederik Gronovius named after him: Linnaea borealis.
