Description
Deutsch: Der Komet C/2023 P1 (Nishimura) in der Morgendämmerung von Berlin am 10. September 2023 um 5:31 Uhr MESZ. Die Höhe des Kometen über dem Horizont betrug bei einer visuellen Helligkeit von 4,6 mag nur gut 9 Bogengrad, so dass er hier selbst bei astronomischer Dämmerung mit dem bloßen Auge nicht sichtbar gewesen wäre. Die Sonne stand zu diesem Zeitpunkt zudem nur noch gut 9 Bogengrad unter dem Horizont, so dass bereits seit über einer Viertelstunde nautische Dämmerung herrschte, in der die lichtschwachen Sterne dieser Region ebenfalls nicht mehr freiäugig gesehen werden konnten.
