ADN-Zentralbild Link 29.11.1976-Berlin: Minderung des Lärms Die Lärmbelastung in Wohngebieten ist durch baukonstruktive und technisch-organisatorische beziehungsweise durch verkehrstechnische und städtebauliche Maßnahmen schrittweise zu reduzieren. Diese Forderung ist fester Bestandteil in der Direktive zum 5-Jahrplan 1976 bis 1980, die vom IX. Parteitag der SED beschlossen wurde. Durch Messungen -unser Foto entstand in einer modernisierten Berliner Wohnung- bestimmt die Bezirks-Hygieneinspektion Berlin Lärmbelastung in Wohnungen durch Verkehrs- und Nachbarschaftslärm und nimmt darauf Einfluß, daß die gesetzlich festgelegten Grenzwerte eingehalten werden. Die Bezirks-Hygieneinspektion legt das erforderliche Lärmdämmaß zur Einhaltung der Normative fest und erteilt Auflagen zur Gewährleistung von Lärmgrenzwerten. |
