For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Montage eines Traktormotors Zentralbild Krueger Leske 23.12.1960 Zum fünfjährigen Bestehen des Freundschaftsvertrages DDR - Volksrepublik China - RTS "Mao Tse Tung". Zwischen der Belegschaft der RTS "Mao Tse Tung" in Werneuchen, Bezirk Frankfurt, und den Mitarbeitern der Botschaft der Volksrepublik China in der DDR besteht seit Jahren ein enges freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Gegenseitige Besuche, bei denen die Botschaftsmitglieder vom stürmischen Aufbau in ihrer Heimat berichten, sind zu einer schönen Tradition geworden. UBz: Motorenschlosser Manfred Fratz montiert die Stirnräder eines Motors, Typ 04-30 für einen Ackerschlepper.
