Description
English: Portray of a blue plow on a barnyard in the sunshine of spring - in the area Laaghalerveen, near Smilde - Netherlands. The iron tooth of the plow are circa 50 cm long. It is here former peat soil rather sandy, loose and dry; this peat area in Midden-Drenthe is cultivated between 1890 - 1930. Close-up photo by Fons Heijnsbroek, Spring 2012
