Summary[edit]

Description
English: PLVS OVLTRE (Plus oultre, further), motto of Charles V and the city of Binche (Belgium) where lived the Charles V'sister: Marie de Hongrie. This is an element of the fireworks for the carnival 2011. This "Plus Oultre" will burn, signifying the end of the ending "rondeau". In background, the belfry of the City Hall (14th-16th centuries), one of the fifty-six belfries of Belgium and France designated by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites.
