9FB051 Medieval lead button
Description
English: Medieval lead or pewter button, 21mm in diameter and 3mm thick. The button is round with raised decoration consisting of a central dot from which eight, equally spaced lines radiate out. Each line has a small dot mid-way along its length and ends in a larger dot (the same size as the main, central dot). These outer dots are joined together to form a cirle. The Reverse has a sub rectangular lug which conatins a circular hole and the surface is slightly cut away either side of this to allowing threading.
