Description 70th and last Front End Receiver for the Atacama Large Millimetre Array, (ALMA), project just before leaving STFC's Rutherford Appleton Laboratory on 7th February 2013. ALMA is a large telescope constructed to operate at the very highest radio frequencies. It consists of an array of 64, 12m diameter radio telescopes, which will be built in the Atacama Desert of Northern Chile. Image shows ALMA Cryostat Number 70 and some of the team involved in their constuction, left to right; Jenny Davenne, Peter Hekman, Colin Dabinett, Eric Clark, Peter Huggard, Brian Ellison, Nigel Morris, Matthew Oldfield and Jane Porter.
