Summary[edit]

Description
English: The rear (south) end of the express track of the Uptown & Queens platform of the 57th Street–Seventh Avenue BMT station in Midtown Manhattan. This is a great view into the tunnel south of the station, where the crossover switch to turn terminating trains is located. The switch was used to turn trains (most recently Q trains) until January 2017, when these became through tracks into the Second Avenue Subway.
