[edit]Description2soaker hose.jpg |
Sprinkler Hose is the hose with tiny holes on the hose wall. It is the most economic and easiest irrigation system in the world. The thickness of wall is around 0.2~0.3mm or more. It is the low pressure irrigation hose with working pressure around 0.5 bar (kg/cm2), burst pressure 1 to 2 bars. The watering range is around 2-6 meters from left to right beside the hose. The hose is flat, when we roll it up it is like a roll of tape. There are the hoses with other thickness wall too. Their working pressure can be bigger and watering range can be wider. The life of hose is more than 2 years depends on the wall thickness at normal usage condition. The holes on the hose wall are around diameter 0.3mm~1mm that make water sprinkle mistily. There are different patterns of holes with different diameters or distances each section for different plantings. Also there are different types of hose for different needs While the sprinkler hose watering in the farmland, close the end of the hose with end clip and fill water into the hose. Most of time it is used to sprinkle, that makes it spreads evenly on the farmland at 2 sides of the hose and keep not to be clogged up. Especially if the water is not dirty it is not necessary to use filter. If the water is not very clean just to open the end of the sprinkler hose sometimes and let the sand in the hose flushed out. In short length the sprinkler hose can be used as the drip hose too in case of the pressure is lower. |
