Description
English: The diagram illustrates the operation cycle of the shell handling system of a 130 TK coastal gun. Different colours represent different parts in the system, green being the projectile track (transports projectiles from magazine), yellow the projectile carousel, orange the projectile hoist and red the loading bridge.
  1. Gun turret is rotated to the loading direction, the projectile track is rolled from the magazine to the gunhouse and locked in place. Projectiles are loaded to the carousel with a turning grabber situated in the carousel's end of the projectile track.
  2. Carousel with room for total of 16 projectiles moves a projectile to the hoist's lowest position.
  3. Hoist's lower claw lifts the projectile to hoist's middle position.
  4. Hoist's upper claw lifts the same projectile from the middle position to the loading bridge's transfer tray. If there's another projectile at the hoist's lowest position, the lower claw moves it simultanously to the hoist's middle position.
  5. Loading bridge lifts to the loading position that's determined by the guns current elevation.
  6. Transfer tray rotates behind the barrel and slides forward into it. Rammer rotates to the loading position behind the barrel.
  7. Rammer rams the projectile to the barrel and returns to its home positions with spring force.
Suomi: Kaavio kuvaa 130 TK -rannikkotykin juonto- ja latausjärjestelmän kokonaiskierron. Eri värit kuvaavat järjestelmän eri osia: vihreä on ammusrata (siirtää ammukset varastosta tykkipihalle), keltainen ammuskaruselli, oranssi ammushissi ja punainen lataussilta.
  1. Tykki käännetään lataussuuntaan, ammusrata vedetään ampumatarviketilasta tykkipihalle ja lukitaan. Ammukset juonnetaan ammusradan pään kääntyvällä kouralla karuselliin.
  2. 16-paikkainen ammuskaruselli siirtää kranaatin ammushissin ala-aseman kohdalle
  3. Hissin nostovarren alempi kynsi nostaa ammuksen hissin puolivälissä olevaan väliasemaan.
  4. Nostovarren ylempi kynsi nostaa ammuksen väliasemasta lataussillan kouruun. Jos karusellissa on hissin ala-aseman kohdalla toinen kranaatti, nostaa nostovarren alempi kynsi sen samalla liikkeellä väliasemaan.
  5. Silta nousee latausasentoon, mikä määräytyy putken koron mukaan.
  6. Kouru siirtyy putkilinjalle ja liikkuu eteen, minkä jälkeen latasin siirtyy ammuksen taakse.
  7. Latasin työntää kranaatin putkeen ja palautuu jousivoimalla kotiasentoonsa.
