Русский: изображение получено с помощью сзм Nanoaducator 2.
Исследуя образец №2, который подвергся механическому воздействию, видим ярко выраженные механические дефекты в виде множественных царапин различной глубины и ширины. При измерении получили следующие данные: на участке 20х20 мкм обнаружилось 8-9 царапин ширина самой большой - 3,08мкм, глубина около 49 мкм. Ширина самой маленькой- 599,87х10-3мкм, глубина около 2 мкм. Данные второго измерения примерные, т.к. в 3D изображении измерения получены по оси OZEnglish: The is SPM touchscreen phone «htc touch diamond II» with mechanical damages |
