Description
Українська: У нюховій ямці Ancistrus dolichopterus у період 154 години після запліднення – 22 години після вилуплення формуються сенсорні війчасті, мікроворсинчасті і війчасті несенсорні клітини, які оточені опорними клітинами.

Після фіксації і дегратації висушування зразків проводили методом переходу критичної точки (CPD 030, BAL-TEC Inc., Liechtenstein) з використанням рідкого вуглекислого газу. Сухі зразки напилювали золотом.

Фотографія отримана в Університеті Масарика (Чеська республіка) за допомогою скануючого електронного мікроскопа(VEGA TS 5136 XM, Tescan Orsay Holding), з використанням детектора вторинного випромінювання з прискорюючою напругою 20 кВ.
English: During the period of 154 hours post fertilization ‒ 22 hours after hatching, in the olfactory pit of Ancistrus dolichopterus, sensory ciliated and microvillous cells and сiliated non-sensory cells surrounded by supporting cells have been differentiating.

After fixation and dehydration, samples were dried in a critical point dryer (CPD 030, BALTEC Inc., Liechtenstein) using liquid carbon dioxide. Dried samples were sputtered with gold in sputter coater.

Photograph was obtained in Masaryk University (Czech Republic) by using scanning electron microscope (VEGA TS 5136 XM, Tescan Orsay Holding), secondary emission detector and 20 kV acceleration voltage.
