Русский: Новый 2023 год начался с крайне резкого роста активности Солнца. За первую половину января на Солнце произошло более 100 вспышек, три из которых имели высший класс X по 5-ти бальной шкале. Такой высокой активности Солнца не наблюдалось с 2017 года. В марте 2023 года на Земле фиксируются особенно мощные солнечные бури. Они связаны с активностью солнечных пятен — обнаруженное 23 марта образование было крупнее нашей планеты в 30 раз. Она высвободила столько энергии, что из-за бури северное сияние можно было наблюдать даже в Москве.
English: The new year 2023 began with an extremely sharp increase in solar activity. During the first half of January, more than 100 flares occurred on the Sun, three of which had the highest class X on a 5-point scale. Such high solar activity has not been observed since 2017. In March 2023, especially powerful solar storms are recorded on Earth. They are associated with the activity of sunspots - the formation discovered on March 23 was 30 times larger than our planet.
