Бахмутський філія Азово-Донського банку. Архітектор А. Петров, стиль - неоренесанс. Азовсько-Донський банк побудований в 1900 - 1902 роках. Після революції 1917 року тут працювало місцеве відділення Державного банку. Будівля дивом збереглося від руйнування під час Другої світової війни. В роки незалежної України тут був банк «Україна», а потім «Приватбанк». Зараз це місце роботи координаційної групи Артемівського МВ УМВС України в Донецькій області для видачі перепусток на тимчасово неконтрольовану територію.
